"So glad I have found you after previous problems with water quality.
No problems now and the fish are thriving."

They're fed nothing else!

I start them from eggs...
Naturally spawned and hatched outdoors. My tiny carp are fully dependant on external sources of nutrition to survive and develop.

30lb
My fish growth keeps up with the UK's leading fish farmers.
From egg to 30lb in 5 years fed entirely on fast breakdown pellets.

What I don't need:
🚫 Lake dyes
🚫 Aeration
🚫 Barley straw extract
🚫 Chemical treatments
✅ Just support the organisms and biological processes that naturally regulate water quality, recycle nutrients, and sustain fertility.
Evolution designed stillwaters to function this way.

Bacteria
Processors or ammonia
Convert waste into natural food
Stabilise water quality
Aerobic bacteria need oxygen and a stable, neutral pH to multiply and thrive. The warmer the water the faster they work! They colonise organic waste, breaking it down into nutrients that support algae, zooplankton and ultimately fish. Without them, waste accumulates, water quality deteriorates and the food chain becomes less productive.
What do they need?
Neutral PH
Consistent Oxygen-rich water
A consistent food source
Suitable temperatures
How BP Milling pellets support them:
Fast breakdown pellets create millions of tiny cereal particles throughout the water column and lakebed. These particles provide enormous surface area for aerobic bacteria to colonise, helping maintain an active microbial population capable of recycling waste and supporting the entire aquatic food chain.

Algae
Absorb by products from bacteria
Superfood absorbed by fish 24/7
Incredible carbon capture efficiency
Algae convert nutrients released by bacteria into oxygen and natural food. They form the base of the aquatic food chain, supporting all aquatic organisms.
What do they need?
Sunlight
Nitrate/phosphates
How our pellets support them:
Fast breakdown pellets keep fish grazing for longer and disrupting the sediment to increase water turbidity which controls rooted weeds from becoming dominant. Therefore, the nitrate opportunity is left for algae and marginal plants to absorb the available nitrate produced by the bacteria, single celled algae are far more beneficial to fish than rooted weeds.

Zooplankton
Convert algae into fish protein
Control algae blooms
Highly digestible live food for fish
Zooplankton graze algae and microscopic organic matter, they form a crucial link in the aquatic food chain, transferring the nutrients captured by algae directly into fish growth.
Without healthy zooplankton populations, much of the natural productivity within a fishery is lost.
What do they need?
Food (bacteria, unicellular algae, waste)
Dissolved oxygen
How BP Milling pellets support them:
Zooplankton populations crash when their food depletes. Regular feeding of a fast breakdown pellet supports healthy populations of zooplankton and maintain a consistent population that naturally clean the water and provide a rich source of protein, amino acids and fatty acids to fish 24/7.

"Highly recommended "
"Natrapel is doing a fantastic job of keeping the fish clean, highly recommended from us. This parasite is deadly and your Natrapel keeps them clean"

"Argulus are not showing"
"My husband switched to the standard feed pellet with the Natrepel for our large natural garden pond stock of coarse fish. Last year we saw an increase in argulus which is a key reason to switch over. So far the argulus are not showing up on any fish.."
- Helen Gay

"Truly Amazing Stuff"
"We discovered argulus in the lake last year, and have been monitoring them using the black tube system. We have also started mixing 'Natrepel' with Ben's pellets and the difference this year is in complete contrast to the year before. The tubes are coming up clean and we've yet to find any parasites on them. Truly amazing stuff!"

Garlic’s most effective compounds are volatile and extremely heat-sensitive. Drying causes them to evaporate or degrade.
General purpose ingredients
Active compounds destroyed.
Low potency.

Visible translucent parasites that attach to fish, causing external stress and loss of condition.

Irritate fish by feeding on their mucus, skin and blood.

Sexually mature in 50 days.
1 lice can lay up to 500 eggs.

Eggs hatch above 12 degrees water temperature.

Eggs are laid on hard surfaces like snags, rocks & reed stems.

Free swimming lice look for immobile fish to attach to.

Survive 2 weeks without a host fish.

"My fish go crazy"

"Being a fishery owner it’s paramount for me to ensure my fish are fighting fit and as healthy as possible.
I can safely say in 17yrs I’ve never come across an organic product that not only do my fish go crazy for, but also keeps them free of argulus and leeches. It also smells amazing!"
- Jon Oehme
"Not a single Argulus found on any of the fish"
"It was officially confirmed 4 months ago that we had the dreaded Argulus Mongolianus fish lice in our water. We had been adding garlic powder to our supplement feed but things didn't improve, in fact it was getting worse over time. Very lethargic fish with dozens of lice in and around the gill area, loosing carp daily for weeks on end.
Our only chance left was to try the Natrepel, within 2 weeks of applying it to our feed we noticed a big improvement in the condition of the fish and less and less Argulus attached to the said fish. Angling improved over time and we where finding less and less dead carp.
This last week we had a match, all caught well and not a single Argulus found on any of the fish.
We can't guarantee it is the Natrapel that has deterred the lice as we've no scientific evidence to back this up but the club and myself feel that without it, we would certainly be in dire straights and facing ruin"
- David Ellis

"Results have been outstanding"
"After a confirmed outbreak of Argulus Mongolianus on our silvers and more devastating on our Crucian carp. we decided to give the Natrepel a go on the standard supplementary feed, which we have been adding and feeding for just over 5 weeks.
The result have been outstanding for us and we hope it continues, from us having fish with gills infested with large and small ( juvenile ) Argulus, to fish only having a couple or three adult Argulus and others being completely clear within the gill area…
We’ve also noticed now on removal of the Argulus they are very lethargic some motionless compared with when we first started to remove them, which was before our diagnosis and the use of Natrepel… before the Argulus were very active when removed like maggots in warm weather… the evidence we have found we would highly recommend this product"
- Stephen Jackson

Natrepel is an oil-based product with strong natural antioxidant properties, giving it excellent shelf stability. Correct storage is curcial, so keep the lid tightly sealed to minimise oxidation and the contents kept free from contamination. Natrepel will maintain its performance very well, but for best results, we recommend using Natrepel within 12 months of opening.
Natrepel is a fusion of oil extracts, it can therefore be safely used in PVA bags.
Natrepel’s garlic compounds repel carp lice year-round. However, in cold water fish feed very little and their digestive enzymes work inefficiently, meaning the nutritional benefits are poorly utilised. In winter, treated pellets can also leach before being eaten, making Natrepel an expensive feed additive.
Natrepel is most effective from spring onwards, when juvenile lice emerge, fish activity increases, and natural immune responses are under the greatest pressure. It remains highly effective through summer and autumn, when fish are feeding actively and able to fully utilise its nutritional and lice-repelling benefits.
The key lice-repelling compounds in Natrepel are volatile and begin to dissipate when exposed to air, reducing potency over time. This is why Natrepel is supplied as a cold oil infusion, supplied in an airtight container, to protect and preserve these active compounds.
For best results, feeds should be treated 6–24 hours before use. This allows sufficient time for the oil to fully absorb into the pellets, while minimising loss of the garlic compounds that make Natrepel effective.
